ANGUS PARES: BEEF YOUR PARES UP!

 

I love Beef Pares, and I was amazed to find out that there was a small restaurant that uses ANGUS for their Pares Dishes! They also have an Angus Mami Dish that I accidentally messed up.. But turned out making it even more awesome!

Kuya Bert's is quickly establishing itself as a major player in the Beef Pares game, and I was fortunate to try their signature dish!

Not only was the Pares itself absolutely delicious, the bone marrow that it is paired with, totally blew my mind!
