For our very first meal in Cagayan, we were introduced to Panagatan, one of the most popular restaurants in Cagayan De Oro. Panagatan serves amazing seafood dishes, and Pinoy favorites, and their branch at the bustling Ayala Centrio Mall was quite busy, despite it being way past the lunch rush hour!

I traveled to the beautiful city of Cagayan De Oro to attend the Big Bite Norther Mindanao Food Festival that happened at Ayala Centrio Mall. We witnessed the amazing gastronomic treats that awaited the lucky citizens of CDO!
