THE LEGENDARY ICHIRAN RAMEN IN CAUSEWAY BAY, HONG KONG

I was stoked to finally be able to visit Ichiran Ramen at Hong Kong, which turned out to be just a couple of blocks away from where we were stay at Causeway Bay. We decided to go early in order to avoid the long lines and It's a good thing we did because by the time we were done, the place was starting to get filled up! HOLIDAY IN HONG KONG: Kings Dimsum Causeway Bay

During our holiday at Hong Kong a few we went searching for some dimsum. We stumbled upon a restaurant called "King's Dimsum", and gave it a try.. It was actually really good! So if you're staying the Causeway Bay are of Hong Kong, that is a restaurant you most definitely should check out!

KINGS CAFE AT CAUSEWAY BAY HONG KONG

I was craving for some dimsum when Rina, Chaika (My sister in law) stumbled on to a little hole in the wall restaurant called "King's Cafe" at Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, that seemed to command quite a crowd.

Intrigued, we decided to give it a try, and we discovered they had one of the best Beef Brisket dishes in all of Hong Kong!

BEST ROASTED GOOSE IN HONG KONG: YAT LOK

Since I couldn't find a seat in Shake Shack, I decided to take a long walk over to Stanley Road in Hong Kong's busy Central District, to visit the legendary and highly acclaimed Roasted Goose restaurant, Yat Lok! Once I got there, I was surprised with how long the line was, but I kept the faith and eventually I was let in!

Last December, Rina, Rain and I were joined by some of Rina's for a short trip to Hong Kong to Celebrate New Year's. While we were waiting to check in to our Air BNB, we went around Hong Kong and went around exploring the beautiful city!

THE PICKIEST EATER GOES TO HONG KONG: THE TEASER

         As you may or may not know, I, together with a few blogger friends, were flown to Hong Kong courtesy of Air Asia and Vikings Luxury Buffet, for an Epic Hong Kong Food trip! I brought my buddy Jeng of Food In The Bag along with me to help me take some videos for my Video Blog.. Take note these are Video Blogs, and NOT Webisodes.. So the videos we took are a bit more "raw" looking and not the Network TV looking shorts that we had hoped to achieve in the "Battle of Burgers and Brewskies" Episode.

    On the whole, It was a short but amazing trip, filled with amazing food, good vibes, and great friends!
