          Adobo is perhaps the quintessential Filipino dish. The uncanny thing about it is how it differs not only from region to region, but from one family to another as well. You can say that it is the prime example of how Filipino food is made with love, because it is tweaked to fit the tastes of specific families, making practically every family's secret recipe unique in its own way.

      There are a whole bunch of ways to prepare Adobo, and Datu Puti has made it so much easier for you to choose what style you want in a snap, with it's all new Adobo Series sauces!

          One of my All Time Favorite dishes is Adobo sa Gata, which is why I was ecstatic to find that Datu Patu has a ready made Adobo Sa Gata (P38) sauce as well! I can't get enough of the creamy richness of coconut milk, perfectly blending with the meat. And when you pour the sauce on your rice? Sheer perfection.
