I've been meaning to visit "Sup? Chow", the brainchild of Chef Francis Lim for quite some time now, but scheduling a visit was always a challenge. One fateful night, the stars aligned and I was able to visit the Modern Asian Cuisine Restaurant for an epic meal that I'll never forget!

Corniche at Diamond Hotel, not only offers a scrumptious buffet, but they now also have a multi course Chinese Lauriat Feast, prepared by their Chinese Sous Chef, Chef Yang Yong! The selection was incredible, with a wide array of seafood and meat dishes served, meticulously prepared the Chinese way. From start to finish, every thing we was admittedly rather excellent! My first stop is the Lechon Shop in Quezon City, which is a spin off of the popular Leonardo's Lechon!
In the heart of the Scout Area of Quezon City, The Lechon Shop also offers several lechon spinoffs, such as Lechon Sisig, Lechon Adobo Flakes and Dinuguan.. The cozy, unassuming restaurant is definitely a gastronomic gem in QC!
