TSIM SHA TSUI: TAGUIG'S BEST KEPT SECRET

Ever since I was a child, I've been a fan of Cebu's famous chain of Dimsum restaurants, namely Ding How, Ding Qua Qua, Harbor City and Dimsum Break.

Whenever I fly to Cebu, one of my first stop is always one of those restaurants for a couple of orders of Sweet and Sour Pork and of course, their STEAMED FRIED RICE.

I was elated to discover that there is a place in Manila, specifically the Taguig area, that serves those dishes that I know and love.. A little hole in the wall restaurant in Taguig called Tsim Sha Tsui!

DENNY'S FINALLY OPENS IN THE PHILIPPINES!

I know I say I'm a Picky Eater, but I actually maintain the fact that I'm more of a "Simple Eater". I'm ok not dining on highfalutin dishes, but give me a delicious burger and fries, and I'm good to go.  During my visit to the United States, one of our "go to" places before heading home after a long day, was Denny's.

Since it's open 24 hours, and has a nice selection of American favorites, my family and I were pretty much solved. A restaurant serving Burgers, Pancakes, Breakfast food, Skillets and other Diner classics, was like heaven for me.

Denny's has been one of the restaurant chains that I have been hoping would open in the Philippines for quite some time now, and it was in the year of 2016 that I finally got my wish!

October 7, 2016 marks the day Denny's officially opens its first branch in the Philippines!

RICE AND DOUGH: THAT SUSHI AND PIZZA THOUGH

A common problem Rina and I have when dining out is her requirement of there being rice. Sometimes I feel like having a burger, pizza, or even just a sandwich, while she requires something with rice, whether it be in a "Rice Topping" meals or even Sushis and Makis.

I recently visited a restaurant that would be the ultimate compromise for me and Rina, allowing us the flexibility to choose from a wide array of mouth watering dishes, without someone feeling lie that got the short end of the stick (Usually me).

Rice and Dough is the truly the Carbohydrate heaven that its name implies.
