Another cozy coffee shop within the 2 Lazcano Place complex is Urbanidad. Located at the ground floor of growing food hub, Urbanidad offers a wide array of comfort food and desserts to choose from, as well as coffees and other beverages. And yes, you may cross order from any of the other establishments with 2 Lazcano Place!
The dining area is a little on the cramped side, however when you manage to settle in and get to talking with friends or relax with a good book, the casual vibe of the place takes over, and you'll feel right at home.
Urbanidad Cafe offers a wide array of drinks to go with your meals, including Ice Blended Coffee concoctions, such as the Nutty Caramel (P150), a deftly balanced treat, that uses dynamic flavors and textures to satisfy your taste buds.
Although I admit I wish it had a little less Raisins in it, The Carrot and Walnut Cake (P150), was incredibly tasty. The Walnut bits added a light crunch to the moist carrot cake, while the Cream Cheese Frosting offered a creamy tartness that worked well.
Urbanidad's Chocolate Cake is spectacular. It's rich, fudgy and moist, without becoming too cloying. I'm pretty sure I could wipe out at least two of these in one sitting hehe.
After being blown away by some of their best selling desserts, I'm looking forward to trying Urbanidad Cafe's All Day Breakfast menu, as well as their sandwiches and other savory items on their menu!
