CHIBO OKONOMIYAKI AT S MAISON CONRAD HOTEL

Japan sure has a way of coming up with food trends that we Filipinos seem to love. From Katsu, Ramen, Soba,Tempura, Teppanyaki and so much more, the demand for these incredible Japanese dishes have become so strong, that stand alone restaurants featuring them have been thriving. The next dish that seems to be catching fire is Okonomiyaki, with more and more restaurants setting up in the Philippines, giving us Pinoys a closer look at the delicious Japanese delicacy.

One such restaurant is Chibo Okonomiyaki, which opened earlier this year at S Maison Mall at Conrad Hotel.

A BEAUTIFUL MEAL AT BIJIN NABE BY TSUKADA NOJO

I'm sexy and I know it.

As a man married to a woman with a new found obsession with skin care products, I have come to be more aware of the importance of creating a youthful glow in your appearance. Nothing wrong with aging, however if we can help do it more gracefully, then why not, right?

Japanese restaurant chain Tsukada Nojo brings to the Philippines it's high quality collagen rich Bijin Nabe, also known as the "Beauty Hotpot", that not only has healthy benefits such as helps rebuild dead cells, but makes for a quite tasty meal as well!

BELIEVING IN MAGIC AT EPILOGUE, S MAISON

S Maison at Conrad Hotel always feels like quite a way from where I live, but whenever I go there, I always seem to discover a restaurant that makes the trip worthwhile. With its wide array of mouthwatering entrees, Pastries and Desserts, Epilogue is one of those restaurants that gives you the courage to brave the Pasay traffic and the throng of terrible UV express drivers on the road.

THE PICKIEST VLOG: PARADISE FOUND AT PARADISE DYNASTY

I was introduced to Chinese cuisine at a very young age, and instantly fell in love with it. That love affair has only grown stronger as the years passed by, especially when I discover innovative restaurants that know how to push the envelope in creativity, while maintaining the high standards that the traditional Chinese Chefs adhere to.

Paradise Dynasty is one such restaurant. Known for having a wide range of flavors to their Xiao Long Bao (EIGHT to be exact), Paradise Dynasty also has an extensive menu that delves into Chinese Cuisine, ranging from the classics to new concoctions.
